Context sent with every form

When you send any form on this site, your browser also sends technical context. We use it to answer you and to tell real enquiries from spam. The context is:

  • your IP address;
  • your approximate location, at city level;
  • your network, meaning your internet service provider or network operator;
  • your browser, its version and your operating system;
  • your browser language;
  • the referring page or search that led you here;
  • the pages you viewed on this site, your path through the site and your visit number;
  • your screen and window size, meaning the viewport and the device type;
  • your cookie-consent state and, if you accepted analytics, the analytics identifier;
  • the time spent on the page before you sent the form.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and in telling genuine enquiries from spam and abuse. We never send the contents of your cookies, only whether you gave consent. This context is kept with the enquiry email and for as long as that email is kept: 24 months from the last contact when no engagement follows.

Who receives personal data from this site, and why.

Several of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where they process your data there, they do so under the transfer safeguard the law provides, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries, and the context sent with a form, are kept for 24 months from the last contact when no engagement follows, then deleted. Client files, invoices and payment records are kept for the period the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records, then deleted. Analytics data is kept at the shortest setting each analytics tool offers, and is collected only after you consent.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics, the analytics identifier and the map load only after you accept them. Nothing from Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity runs before you do. The payment pages are excluded from session recording, and the payment session identifier in the address never reaches analytics. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies and shows how to change your choice.

Your rights and how to use them

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data erased.
  • Restrict how we use your data.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
  • Complain to the supervisory authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

To use any of these, email info@company-registration-italy.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we will answer within the time the law sets.

Security, children and changes

The site uses HTTPS, and access to your data is limited to staff who need it. Our forms use a hidden-field trap, a bot check and a limit on repeat submissions. The site is not aimed at children. When we change this policy, the "Last updated" date changes, and a notice appears at the top of this page for material changes. The Terms of Service apply alongside this policy.
