Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This policy also covers similar technologies: local storage in your browser and scripts that read or write it.

In short: nothing that measures visitors loads until you press "Accept analytics". If you reject, or do not choose, the measuring tools are never requested. This page covers cookies and similar technologies only; personal data in general is described in the Privacy policy.

Some storage is needed for the site to work, so it is set without asking.

• Your cookie choice. The site saves whether you accepted or rejected analytics, in your browser's local storage on your own device, under the key cri-consent-v1. It is kept for 6 months, then the banner asks again.
• Form protection. Our contact and enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic, and a rate limit to stop repeated submissions.

The table below lists, for each item, who sets it and how long it lasts. We do not send the contents of your cookies with a form.

Two tools load only after you press "Accept analytics". Google Analytics 4 counts visits and shows which pages are read. Microsoft Clarity records how people use a page, such as clicks and scrolling, so that we can find parts of the site that confuse visitors. Until you accept, the consent signals sent to Google are set to denied, and after "Reject" neither tool is requested.

The payment pages (/pay/, /pay/success/ and /pay/cancel/) are excluded from session recording, and the payment session identifier in their address never reaches an analytics tool.

Two tools run without consent because they do not use cookies: Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookie-less visit counter, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which our host may add at the network edge. We name them here so the list is complete.

The contact page can show a map. It is not loaded when you open the page: it appears only after you give consent or press the button on the map. Once it loads, the map provider may set its own cookies, which are governed by that provider's policy. The address stays readable and linked without the map. See the Contact page.

You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page, or the button below, to open the banner again. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: one press on "Reject" stops the measuring tools on your next page view, and the saved choice is replaced.

Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking the storage we always use may stop the saved choice from being remembered, so the banner would appear again on each visit.

The cookie choice is kept in your browser for 6 months. Analytics data is kept for the shortest period each tool offers. Your rights over personal data, and how long we keep enquiries and client files, are described in the Privacy policy.
