ItaliaRegist S.r.l. is a company formation and corporate services firm in Rome. We work in English with founders and groups based abroad who want to set up and run a company in Italy.
Who we are
ItaliaRegist S.r.l. trades as ItaliaRegist and has its office in Rome. Our clients are non-resident founders, foreign groups and the advisers who act for them. We focus on one task: registering an Italian company and keeping it running for an owner who is not in Italy, with the documents prepared in advance and the steps with the notary and the authorities coordinated by us.
What we do
Company formation
We prepare the file for an S.r.l. or a simplified S.r.l., in Rome or Milan, also for a founder who does not travel. The notary signs the deed; we prepare and coordinate. See how an S.r.l. is opened.
Ready-made companies

Address, bank account and first-year compliance

How we work with the notary and the authorities
- We take your brief and list the documents we need from you.
- We prepare the file, with a power of attorney where you act from abroad.
- The notary receives the deed and files it; we coordinate with the notary, the Chamber of Commerce and the tax office.
- We hand over the company documents and set up your first-year calendar.
Payroll and the transmission of tax returns are carried out by enrolled professionals, and we coordinate them. We are not the notary and not a public body.
